If you are attempting to avoid xenoestrogen exposure, here is a list of substances to avoid. I compiled this from many sources and it’s the most complete list on the Internet. Xenoestrogen contributes to “excess estrogen” or “estrogen dominance”.

It is not prudent to use MonaVie for your pets. It may be safe or it may not be, but there are proven natural remedies designed for your dogs and cats, it’s best to use those instead of a made-for-humans product.
I happen to be a huge fan of MonaVie, having used it for over two [...]

This article does not apply to me — I do not have this lung disease — but I found it while I was looking into the connection between hormones, estrogen, progesterone, and meningiomas. There are ongoing studies into the possibility that meningiomas have a hormonal cause and this particular lung disease is treated [...]

Do meningiomas have a bona fide hormone or estrogen connection?
Without a hugely definitive cause-and-effect, no doctor is going to tell you you can shrink this type of brain tumor naturally. But as I’ve said before, I only have one brain and I’m not waiting for some double-blind study. If there is a safe way to [...]

As I told my doctor, I am not interested in waiting for double-blind studies. You only have one brain. I’m hitting this full on with both barrels.
I believe in natural healing, I’m convinced the environment and the pollutants in food and water are doing us in, and I’m moving forward with what God and my intuition and [...]

The second to the last speaker for the entire conference spoke to how busy and overwhelmed I’ve felt, and how difficult it has been to get back into a place of spiritual strength.
For those popping into this post as a result of a tag or keyword search, this is my blog about having discovered that [...]

Wow, I found this book and related website: http://www.ourstolenfuture.org/index.htm
They keep you up to date on the latest scientific studies linking disruptors that are found in the environment (such as estrogens and xenoestrogens) to diseases, and they list the chemicals that seem to be the disruptors.
This is so much bigger than a little tumor in [...]

Xenoestrogens are synthetic substances that differ from those produced by living organisms and imitate or enhance the effect of estrogens. The estrogenic stimulation is an unintended side-effect of these agents or their metabolites.
Xenoestrogens are part of a heterogeneous group of chemicals that are hormone or endocrine disruptors. They differ from phytoestrogens (estrogenic substances from plants), [...]
